Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
Make your experience mean something.
Psychedelic experiences can be powerful in many ways — sometimes healing, sometimes confusing. The key difference often comes down to preparation and integration. With the right support, you can feel more grounded and make sense of what comes up during your journey.
Before your journey
Preparation
Preparation is where everything begins. It’s about helping you feel clear, supported, and ready before moving into a deeper experience.
We start with a thorough assessment to make sure your medicine of choice is right for you and that you feel emotionally ready for the experience.
Together, we’ll explore what you’re hoping to get out of this experience, any questions or concerns you may have and what to expect, including potential benefits and risks.
You’ll also learn simple, effective ways to stay grounded and navigate whatever emotions come up—so you don’t feel caught off guard.
For mothers, this preparation is especially important. Experiences like this can bring up powerful thoughts and feelings about your children, your relationship, and your sense of identity.
We’ll take time to talk through those possibilities in advance—so if they arise, you can meet them with understanding rather than overwhelm.
After your journey
Integration
Integration is the process of taking what you experienced and bringing it into your daily life. It’s how insights become something you can actually live and grow from.
Without it, even meaningful experiences can feel overwhelming or hard to understand. With the right support, they can become a source of clarity, healing, and direction.
Together, we reflect on what surfaced, explore what it means for you, process anything challenging at a safe pace, and turn those insights into sustainable changes.
For mothers navigating important decisions, this kind of support can create a powerful sense of clarity and alignment moving forward.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
A legal, medically supported breakthrough option.
For mothers with treatment-resistant depression, deep anxiety, or PTSD that hasn’t
responded fully to other approaches, KAP can reach where other methods cannot.
What is KAP?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy combines ketamine sessions with deep therapeutic support. Research confirms ketamine’s effectiveness for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, chronic pain, and substance use concerns.
Unlike ketamine infusions administered without therapeutic support, KAP integrates the medicine with therapy — maximizing both the healing and your ability to understand and work with what emerges.
How KAP works with Lisiane
Lisiane provides the full therapeutic support and integration work throughout your KAP journey — preparation, in-session presence, and post-session integration. The ketamine is prescribed by a partnering medical provider (separate cost), and Lisiane guides the entire experience from beginning to end.
The minimum program is 9 hours. KAP is available in-person in Sarasota only and requires an initial assessment before any commitment.
If your psychedelic journey
didn't go as expected — I'm here.
While most people have healing or insightful experiences with psychedelics, sometimes the journey doesn’t unfold as planned. A difficult or overwhelming experience can leave lasting confusion, fear, loneliness, or shame. Many people don’t know where to turn, and many are afraid or ashamed to ask for help.
If this is you: please reach out. You deserve support from someone who understands what happened and why, without judgment. You should not be navigating this alone.
FAQ
Questions about psychedelic therapy.
Is psychedelic therapy legal?
I'm a mother of young children — is this appropriate?
A thorough assessment is conducted to determine if a psychedelic experience may be appropriate. Many mothers find that psychedelic-assisted work offers clarity about life decisions that other approaches don’t. We discuss your full situation — including your children, your support system, your current emotional state, and your goals — before any recommendation is made. There is no pressure in either direction.
What exactly is integration?
Integration is the work that occurs following a psychedelic experience to help you understand and gain insight of what emerged. It involves processing the emotions, images, and revelations that arose, understanding them in context, and translating them into lasting, sustainable personal change. Without integration, even the most powerful experience tends to fade.
