Intensives

Unlock powerful results by taking a deep dive into your issues.

What Are Intensives?

Therapy intensives are long session formats of several hours to full-day, or multi-day treatment events. Rather than dealing with things on a weekly basis for months or possibly years, you can often work through many issues intensively and efficiently to get the healing and relief you are looking for.

Why Do An Intensive?

You want to experience deep therapeutic work that can change your life

Types of Intensives

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

ART is a unique approach to psychotherapy where a therapist guides the client to replace the repetitive images in the mind that cause symptoms of PTSD with positive images. It’s typically done quickly with results seen after one or two sessions.

Traumatic Incident Reduction

TIR is a rapid (compared to traditional therapy) method of effectively reducing traumatic stress from emotionally and/or physically painful events in the past. It involves re-experiencing past traumas in a completely safe environment.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

KAP is the use of prescribed doses of Ketamine with the support of a therapist. Research has shown that Ketamine can be extremely helpful in the treatment resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and other conditions. It can also be used for those with pain and substance abuse issues.

Circle Of Security International

Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) is a program that helps caregivers build secure attachments with their children. The program is based on the idea that a healthy attachment between a parent and child is important for the child to develop resilience, self-esteem, and school readiness.
